Open and let breath for about 15+ minutes. The aroma and taste are classic Pinot. A bit mineral a little tobacco went wonderfully with salmon.

Super flavorful with a slight effervescent note. Lovely nose of dark and ripe fruit with a slight bell pepper underneath. Dark ruby body. Heavier than a Pinot normally but great value.
