Oh joys of Pinot! A much subtler Californian pinot built to last in the cellar. Cherries, mushrooms, spices and floral notes perfectly balanced on the nose and palate. My only complaint is the finish is a tad of a let down; a rather quick fade out with watery feel that lingers.

Mr Hobbs makes a nice glass of wine. Lots of cherry, little bit of oak, touch of spice

Big Sonoma Pinot.... cola notes and lots of deep almost honeyed bramble. Some heat on the finish but I love it.
