Superb blackberry spicy nose. Well ample palate with a twist. Pepper, blackberry again, lovable tannins. Long finish. Love it

Apr 20th, 2017Wonderful companion of a true toulouse cassoulet. Superb pairing. Classic Syrah nose with black currant and spices. Full bodied wine. Firm tannins. Black currant and spices show up on the palate too. Moderately long finish.

Crozes Hermitage... one of my favourite:) Smooth, spicy, black fruits, deep dark red color, a nice example of Syrah.
