Great food wine. Went perfect with Greek salad and ground beef pita. A lot of acid and tannin. Some vegetal flavors, light fruits like melon and plum skins. Classic example of if you taste this blind without food rating would likely not be great but with a Greek dinner, excellent.

Second mission I’ve tried; Raj Parr’s is the other. This one shows more tart fruit. Both present watermelon. This one is less fruit and more rind.

Very fruity nose, with heavy red citrus, but the palate is fruit forward at first, and ends more savory than fruity. It's very transitional, like it's ALMOST a full blown aged red.
