bone dry with a whack of lime zest, orange blossom, crunchy green apples, steely like minerality and a touch of rubber. The palate awash with talc, citrus and limes. Good going now but with plenty of acid behind it this would be ever so welcomed in 5+ years from now

2013 vintage. Eden Valley Riesling. Nose is full of citrus fresh fruits - lime and limestone Mineraliru. Hints of stone fruits. On the palate, very bright acidity, cuts like a lemon although with added Lemon juice the Riesling gets sweeter! Very enjoyable quaffing wine. Will last for another 5 years at least.
