Bin 8 South Australia Cabernet Shiraz

Smoother than average. Not so acidic

My go to any night of the week.

Tart. Sour cherry. Mineral. Engages the entire palate, but not burdensome. I want this again, slightly chilled on a summer night.

smells of fur, cedar, carmelized sugar, candied plums, red cherries... palate adds big candied red fruits... but balanced by some tobacco and dried mint/earth. nice blend.

Was a big too sweet for me but would have again.

Tannins are a bit harsh when opened, needs some time to breathe.

Blackberries among other dark fruits. Highly recommended

Clear smell of ripe apple and pear. Can go well with even complex and spicy meal
