A great pairing with beef tenderloin. Incredible aromatic with ripe fruit upon opening, lost a bit after decanting. Smooth and full bodied, still quite tannic and grippy.

Sublime flavours that are a surprise given the inky purple/black colour. You'd expect a sledgehammer but you get a butterflies wings. Not the best grange but better for a few years in the cellar.
