Jan 6th, 2021Very rounded with summer fruits and some spice and cacao. Good mouthfeel for the age but it would enjoy more years in the bottle. Key note being it stood next to a 98 grange in a tasting and really made everyone have a good think.

May 20th, 2017This was spectacular. First Coravin'd in 2016 - was closed and dominated by tar, coffee,and chocolate. Now it has filled out and developed much more complexity. The sappy tar character now balanced by black fruit, plumb, cooked meat, and savoury elements. Still too you g but starting to unfurl. Wish I'd bought a case. With The Fish on the deck.
