Jun 7th, 2015About as smooth a shiraz as I've ever had. Pretty nose full of black licorice and, pepper and vanilla beans. Palate confirms it, but with juicier red and black fruits. Acidity is high but balanced. alcohol is high. Really well done.

Very smooth, complex and balanced. No noteworthy bouquet upon opening. Tastes quite a bit like a Cabernet Sauvignon.
