Au Paradis Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

WOTN Deliciously pure and supple, with explosive dark berry and red berry flavors and a silky, polished texture. The tannins become more evident midway through, with a gravelly crushed rock profile that adds a dimension of dust and mineral.

Lovely! 10/15+!years in front of it. Must decant.

Peter Michael was the best way to end the day. Wine was gorgeous every step of the way. The property is amazing, and we overlooked it at 2100 feet of Elevation.

Had this in the spring with all pm products at a tasting- was delicious.

Very ripe blackberry, cassis,, herb, smoke and toasty oak. Svelte tannins. Lovely finish.
