'L'Esprit des Pavots' Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

The cooler vintage shows a broader range of aromas and flavors with a nice clarity of color. It did not drink like 15.5% ABV.

A 300 lb person dancing on a highwire. Not my usual style, but it is deftly made.

Surprisingly structured for a 2011. Approachable right off the bat. Good oak integration

Would never know it's a 15.5% wine. Hides the alcohol really well. Expressing/coffee flavors, fruit in the background, and lot of herbs. Easy tannins. Drinking fine now with food, but will get better over time. More boureux than most Ca blends
