Pretty much textbook Aussie Riesling. Tart apples, lemons, limes, and a little of that trademark petrol funk. Doesn't quite woo me the way many other Aussie Rieslings do, but it's solid.

Aussie to the T. Crisp, refreshing, and a friend to everything spicy. Lemon, Granny Smith apple, citrus blossom, and petrol. All balanced and nothing out of pitch.

Nicely acidic with flavors of citrus and a nice vibrant quality. Went great with our Indian food.

Gives off a whiff of gas/petrol early on which eventually blows off. Bone dry. Notes of lime and Granny Smith apple with good acidity. Nice alternative to SB or Albariño. $17 at Houston Wine Merchant.

I'm rarely fond of rieslings, but for some dishes, it's perfect. This may be the driest, tartest, most food-friendly Riesling I've had. Great value.
