Tasted tonight with miso-tamari marinated steak dinner and side of sautéed onions and mushrooms, overlooking NYC sky line.
yummy, smooth ‘n easy. Take a sip, breathe in, and realize there’s peppercorn character chasing the fruit. Enough acidity to keep everything in balance.

I always enjoy this wine, and the 2017 is another great vintage. Smells like fresh veggies, herbs, and tart red and black fruit. Great acidity with a spicy, grippy finish. Obviously, this isn’t everyone’s bag, but for fans of this style it’s very good.

A bit too much weight in relation to the structure. It dampens the energy, and dulls the aroma.
