Brut Blanc de Noirs Champagne

Ottimo!

Yeasty, surreal nose. Floral. Umami type of green yeasty tea as well. Jumps out at you. Palate is like a velvet glove. So elegant, lithe, concentrated. Such power and ferocity but still grace rules the day.

Outstanding Champagne from a super under appreciated producer. One of the greatest.

Amazing! 2008 is one of my favorite vintages- and my daughter's birth year... I see a case box coming together for her of some great champagnes.

Excellent sustained biscuity goodness. A great post-cocktail kick-off to our grand hydrogen storage reward dinner.
