The nose was almost traditional Gimmonet: brioche and baked bread. The palate was bright and carried some of the toasty notes. The finish was sharp and felt low on dosage with a nice mineral note.

Insane. Elegant. Baked apple, spicy ginger, lychee, white flower. Was ever evolving and blew my mind. Could have lasted in my cellar much longer. Great producer.
