Well hello 2007 Burgundy! Tremendous depth and complexity, super long finish. A beautiful and classic nose of citrus and apple with a dollop of oak. Ripe lemons, apple, rocks, and salinity blend nicely on the palate. Again this proves that producer matters more than vintages as 2007 has been my least favorite vintage after 2004 of this past decade in #Burgundy. #garagiste

Aug 17th, 2013Much bigger than I was expecting, esp for a 2007. Great nose of fruit, oak, and stone like minerality. The palate is quite deep with great pineapple, apples, and lime. Good cut from the acidity.
