70 chardonnay/30 Pinot noir, disgorged 7/2013, dosage 6 g/L. Tiny, vigorous bubbles and a lovely wheat bread, golden apple on the nose. Refreshingly toasty yet tangy with grapefruit rind on the finish. The word 'sunny' kept coming to mind! Delightful.

A-mazing and so unique. Big, opulent and slutty in a good way. Peach, blood orange, slightly creamy vanilla bean notes. Lovely mousse and weighty, serious texture. I wanted to save this to have with food, but I'm glad I'm enjoying it on its own.
