Hmmmm.... Killer aromatics. Wet stone, dry hay, hints of perfectly ripened Époisses. Typical ripper acidity followed by a crisp clean finish.

Picking! It manages to be lush and ripe with a hard core tension! Brilliant St Aubin saltness taste and texture.

Almost Champagne like without the bubbles from a great vintage & producer. Crushed limestone, saline, oyster shell, smoke and flint with citrus fruits in the background.
