Dijon Clones Carneros Chardonnay

Lively fruit, nice minerality. Mostly I was shocked I didn't hate it.

Lemon, lime green apple, chalky.

Really nice with seafood 👌

A little Oakier than we've preferred lately. Great with both soft and hard cheeses.

Buttery Chardonnay, with hints of stone fruits and a grassy after taste.

Mild, absolutely nothing off.

With Chilean sea bass roasted potato with shallots and herb garlic sauce

Dark golden straw color. Initial flavors of lemon and pear tart transition to lime and orange peel. Medium-bodied and there's a sense of creaminess throughout the long, crisp finish.

The Pine Ridge winery is terrific. And I'm in love with Pine Ridge reds -- especially the Fortis, which is one of those special wines. Sadly, this chard falls short. Good, but not great. I really expected more given the reds they crank out. The Chenin Blanc-Viognier is half the price and terrific. Buy that instead.

Enjoying this bottle of wine. However for the price, I have enjoyed many others that were less expensive. I would drink it again though.
