From a restaurant list. Dark garnet but translucent. Nice nose with notes of black cherry, violets, wood and a little maraschino cherry. Well balanced fruit and structure in the mouth. A little heat though. Chewy. A good drink to go up against a heavy pasta, cheese and red sauce night.

Savory, leafy, tomato, herbaceous, smoky cedar plank, soft cherries, wild strawberry. Intense complexity wrapped in a mild elegance. Tannins and acid are very apparent - still a very young wine. Excited to see it develop.

Lovely dark fruited nose, spices, and much more - silky mouthfeel with some moderate tannins for structure. So elegant and delish!
