Lord, I’m discouraged. I think I opened one of these a couple of years ago and it was tight but I had hope. Opened it three days ago and it was still narrow and can’t seem to find it’s way. Day two, slightly better. Here we are Day three and it’s gotten slightly interesting: tobacco, little cinnamon, hint of cherry. But just not where I wished it would be by now. I guess I’ll wait a few more years.

Wasn’t really a fan of this. Which given the other ratings I’m wondering if the bottle was off. Or maybe it’s just me.

Nice wine. Dark fruit, blackberries, currants, anise on the nose. Could tannic structure and Nebbiolo that can be enjoyed younger.

Wow strawberry on the nose. Then goes right to dark fruit and tar. Very fun wine.
