Starting to sing, with black cherry (dried and fresh), dried rose, tar, black truffle, toast, licorice, cocoa, leather, mint, and blood orange. Attractively ripe and deeply extracted, but hews to the traditional style with gripping tannin and no obvious new oak. A wine of high density, length, and complexity, in its early stages of development.

Nov 29th, 2017Wow. Tis a baby, but it has presence! Concentrated herbs and fruit, tobacco and subtle florals. Sexy as hell tannins, tension and structure. It's lingering finish is power and elegance. It's a beautiful thing.

Mar 28th, 2015On the riper, fruitier side. Weirdly approachable. Some oak comes through. Dense. Plush? Really pretty. Black cherry and cola.
