Sweet and sour dark cherries framed in dark fruits, layered baking spices and nice wood use.
Seriously hitting its stride with at least another ten years of good drinking ahead.

Jun 8th, 2019Dark & light sweet & sour cherries, strawberry hues, dark raspberries, silky limestone minerals, chalky on tongue. It's smooth elegant but simple. However, it did pair well with the spicy tomato sauce with sausage over linguini.
