Drank 7/27/18.
No formal tasting notes. Drank with friends and a NY Strip.
100% Italian Cab. Italian nose with red and black fruit flavors and nice acidity. Medium well integrated tannins. Sadly, my last bottle.

This wine is dense licorice and black cherry magic. Black currants too. With a thick woodsy profile and wet black muds running over evergreen. So cab-like in many ways, but reined in by the Winemaker's judicious use of oak.Somehow bright despite its depth, like a night on a still lake.

Happy! Got that Italian foot print with a dark cocoa, dark cherry, licorice, boyensberry, layers and layers. Bella!

2009 vintage. Ripe, inky, jammy, oak nuance Tuscan cabernet. Great balance and complexity. Hard to find better cab at this $30 price point.
