Pol Rogers prestige cuvée in hommage to Sir Winston Churchill who was ‘simply satisfied with the best’. Composed of grapes sourced from Grand Crus pinot noir and chardonnay vineyards. This bottle was given to me by the inimitable Christian Pol Roger. Who explained to me -to him- ‘taste is memory’. Here we have a bottle full of dear memories!

This wine matches His personality: big, loud, thoughtful, provocative, crushing. Nothing shy about this one.
