My favorite wine experience--a complex, dry, but palettable red alongside the nicest dinner on our honeymoon: a many-course meal across from Paul Revere's house in Boston. Tough to beat. And until it IS beat, it'll remain a 10.

This Montepulciano was a bit acidic, but light on the palate. A smooth red that doesn't disappoint! However, it's a bit overpriced for the quality...

This wine handled everything from shrimp and salmon to pasta and boar to rabbit and pork. A very versatile wine. A tad dry but well structured.
