Jan 21st, 2018Excellent execution of classic Oregon Pinot Noir. Vanilla, cherries, a bit of cola, balanced by a subtle acidity. Not mind blowing, but reliable and easy to drink. Great on its own, but would pair nicely with salmon or buttery poultry dishes.
