My notes from the July tasting are much the same, maybe more wild cherry notes with the strawberry plus delicious acidity. Recently I read an article on wine expert’s inside secret to Rosé stating that the paler wine is generally better, but as with all rules related to wine, there are great exceptions like this. #carignano #wsjwineclub

I’m digging this #sardinia #carignano rosato. Strawberry and raspberry aromas, copper-garnet color in the glass, just-right acidity, thicker tannins and a delicious chewy finish - a distinctly different Rosé.
