I've had wildly different experiences with this wine...some delicious, some not. When it hits, it is delicious wet stone, ash, and muddled strawberries. Bouncy and light in the mouth. Other times it's flat and musty. Love it, but too much bottle variation.

Pretty serious, not glou glou. Granite shows like chalk to me, earthy and dense for gamay.

Light, tart. More earth than fruit, but still great balance. Clean finish seals the deal. This wine is a steal.
