Roasted chestnuts, caramel, black cherry and, yes, iron (blood-like) on the nose. Caramel and black cherry persist on the palate with a nice cherry pop. Tannins are strong, yet refined with a nice long finish. Open again in 2020.

Beautiful nose of red fruits, rose and tobacco. Darker fruits on the palate. Smooth integrated tannins and a long finish. Really nice.
