This is a first release by a former Owen Roe partner Jerry Owen. The nose brings strawberry, vanilla, a bit of oak, rich soil, and floral notes. On the palate we get strawberry, blackberry, a bit o cherry, minerality, and lite green herbal notes. Shows clean acidity but a bit on the lighter side. This is not bad a all for a first effort and at $19.99 should work well for anyone.
