Drinking so well. Minerals and fruit. Great balance with a lingering finish with only a hint of oak. Amazingly, tasted similar to a 2007 Remoissenet Le Montrachet I had the previous night. Would have thought this Ramey was a white burgundy.

Wow. 14 years aging turned CA white to French Bordeaux white. Is it Ramey or aging that made this taste?
