2007 vintage. Tiny bubbles throughout. A lemon nose, clean and crisp with some minerality. Very nice!

Stunning grand cru vintage champagne from Bereche. Intensely apple-y nose, balanced yeastiness, very long finish, and great acid and freshness. Excellent.
