L'hereu Conca del Riu Anoia Blanc de Blancs Xarello Blend

Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruit with floral and yeasty notes, nice mousse and bubble flow. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lime citrus zest, honeysuckle and smoky spice. Medium finish ending with fresh fruit, mineral and biscuit notes. Tried twice, very nice!

Crisp dry with apple and honey hints.

Minerals. Dry and crisp. Good bubbles

No individual notes because we had this for Christmas mimosas but. . . It was very good!!

Bright pear and crisp green apple.

Good-almost-great Cava. Leans a bit fruitier and more on that brioche end of things than I prefer but it definitely delivers.
