Last glass left sense that could use decant and or some years in bottle. Medium bodied, Strong blackberry fruited but that last glass has some menthol & bay leaf notes.

Nice. Oak. Not quite as bramblyly integrated as Loire, but lovely new world example. Feed it food.

Drank during two times. First time liked the fruit. Second time was acidic and tannic.

Delicious reminder of our Finger Lakes anniversary trip a couple years ago. Lighter and fruiter than other Cabs. Enjoyed with a delicious dinner steak grilled outside. This wine is versatile and more fruity than my other Franc favs, kinda reminds me of Chianti.

Cherries and cedar notes up front. Some time revealed a little grapeskin and cured black olive. pronounced black pepper spice and tannins w the spicy pork chops we had. More props for Seneca wines in upstate NY!

A very enjoyable wine, especially for the price. Lively, well balanced, and rich flavor with green pepper standing out early.

Deeply purplish garnet color. Understated nose with simple fruitiness and a hint of tobacco. Opened this@bottle aweek ago and drank the last glass and a half tonight’s dinner. Crisp acidity held the wine together amazingly well and highly drinkable, even a week later. How interesting might this wine be in a few years or a decade?

Finger lakes cab franc is so great. Some dark fruits, herbs, underbrush and spice on the nose; medium bodied with a lot of expressive mid palate flavor with decent acidity.
