Nice note from my friends at Realm. Opened the Houyi to use the new decanter. Didn’t really need it though; the wine drinks well right from the bottle. Most wineries couldn’t dream of making a wine this good but @Benoit Touquette makes it seem routine!

Wow. Just wow. Farrella has always been my favorite from Realm but this Houyi. OMFG!!! Perfect finish to a Chopped Family Saturday Night. FYI the boys beat the girls😜
