I love this indigenous varietal for its lean toward Valpolicella. Fresh, explosive plum and wild, brambly blackberry with light spice tones and medium tannin. Pure pleasure to drink. Like a comfortable, meaningful walk through a city at night. Organic.

Very cool Refosco that drinks like an Amarone. Could use a touch more acidity.

Lots of pear in the nose, very light body. Overall a refreshing wine to drink on hot day, but more than one glass may be a little too sweet.

At Isa Bistro. Medium body, smoky-leathery with stone-fruit notes. Unusual and quite nice!

Kind of rustic; bigger than I expected this to be, considering where it is grown.
