Solid, but a little one dimensional- familiar Cali cab sweet cassis dominates. Not much in the way of tertiary/savory notes. Too young perhaps?

Has the tar, tannins and acidity of a Cru Barolo, but the black cherry and glycerine plumminess of a New World Cab. Unique and quite good.

Seemed way past it's prime. Acid was much stronger than I anticipated and didn't leave a drop of moisture in my mouth afterwards...
