This is a 2016 fun quaffer 40% -Inzolia 40% - Grecanico 20% Moscato done in a combination of Stainless and oak barrels - however I didn’t find any evidence of oak character (maybe neutral barrels ) pear and apricot the muscat character really comes through even though it’s only 20% of the blend but a enjoyable wine

Preferred this Sicilian blend on day 2. Bright and crisp acidity with salty minerality.
