濃い紫色だけど、香りは酸味が強い。
口当たりはスッキリ。酸味が感じられるが、味の膨らみは少ない。
後味はタンニンが少なく、微かな甘味が残る。
しかし、ちょっと物足りない感じ。
ひょっとして傷んでる？

Neat tight tannins, blending to dark fruit with a touch of tart drifting back to tannins...then I have to have tasty bread and 3 year old gouda and life is so good!
