Not a bad Barolo for the price but if you have one, drink up, a little past it's prime but drinking ok. Bought a few bottles a couple of years ago and though wine was tight and tannic so I set them aside in my cellar. Light Ruby with dark edges and aromas of stewed fruits and hints of spice. On the palate Cherry and currents with light pepper spice and fine tannins on a medium finish. The wine was pleasant but not exciting.
