May 21st, 2019High acid but very well balance with citrus and green apple, green pineapple, green plantains, green passion fruit. I would have thought that some new oak was used, but all neutral. I am not sure this winery gets the recognition it deserves.

Nov 26th, 2020What a beautiful sav blanc. Some of the fruitiness of a Merry Edwards, but with way more mineral and a crisper finish. Great wine.
