Stoney and delicious. Could use a few years to build depth, but acidity is super lively at the moment.

Round, firm quince and spice, pepper, and alluring toasted notes that meld beautifully with a mineral, chalky backbone. Palate is equally firm, round, with a pretty tension and brief acidity that keeps things going. Lightly saline, but the star of the show is currently the muscular fruit and elegant spices. Will evolve beautifully.
