Dark, silken, smokey / seriously concentrated fruit flavors / earthy forest floor

Massive wine. Silky smooth dark fruits...cherries, plums and figs. Feeling the 16% alcohol a day later though...

Excellent wine. Extremely dark and almost black. Very concentrated fruit but mellow as a sipper. Highly recommend

Great amarone. Drink with blue cheese

For me, confirmation that Dal Forno is not my style. More balanced and integrated than the valpolicella, a rather fine wine. More expressive too than the valpo. But that oak and heaviness, just too much even if the tannins were soft and fine
