Fruity nose of lemons, citrus, green apples, melons, white pepper, minerals and herbs.
Full bodied and buttery with medium acidity and soft bubbles.
Fruity and off dry on the palate, with grapefruits, limes, lemons, citrus, herbs, white pepper, red apples, almonds and cream.
Long finish with lemons and light almonds.
Delightful and enjoyable by itself. This Spanish Cava is well balanced, entertaining and Delicious. We paired it with tuna ceviche and Spanish tappas. Love you honey.

Good and sparkling. Not too sweet but not too light, either. Not particularly memorable, unfortunately.

Nice golden color with a nose of tropical fruits , mostly Pineapple and apple. The pallet has a nice fizz with a taste of fresh red apples little too no toastyness.
