Really enjoy the Barolo. Easy to drink right upon opening and gets better as it breathes. Dry. Not sweet. Full bodied.

We thought this is a great Nebbiolo! From Trader Joe’s (and as a gift), this light yet oaky wine is reminiscent of a good Pinot Noir. We paired it with a Filet Mignon (I wrote that to show our bougieness tonight) and it was perfect- not super deep like a Cab, yet well paired to drink it down with red meat.
