Challanging year for Napa Cabs yet the team at Round Pond delivers again. Opened and let breath for over an hour. Jammy on the nose, yet smooth and clean. Spice and herbs on the sip with hints of crushed berries with a long oaks/cedar finish. Nice.

A very approachable, "drink now" style of Nebbiolo. I enjoyed the juicy, red and black fruits. The acid and tannins were a little pulled back, so while this is not necessarily a classic expression of Nebbiolo, it was satisfying, paired well with meatballs, and I didn't have to wait for it to age!
