May 7th, 2017Good balance of sweet and savoury fruit. Plums, black berry, black olives, bit of mulch. Really interesting wine. The sommelier suggested opening 30-60 minutes before drinking to let the oak calm down a little. It is fairly heavily oaked but given enough time it integrates well.
