Can't beat the taste for the price. A touch of sweet cherry but not overpowering enough to ruin the taste. I really enjoyed this one!

Aug 7th, 2020Could it be more classic chianti? (Thank you, Mr Bing ;) ). Nothing special but without pretending to be something more than a popular wine for everyone. Unpretentious wine. Chianti without this marketing mambo jambo. Great with a roasted deer. :)

Almond and cherry on the nose, tangy, fruity palate on the length. Not much matter nor width. The finish is fruity and fresh. That's a simple, easy going chianti.

Ruffino Chianti has been one of my favorites. It is great for it simplicity, consistency and flavor. You get what you paid for, no surprises and that’s why I keep on drinking it. Salute!
