The color is amazing. Peach/gold. I get a lot of fruit on nose from strawberry to papaya to red apple and maybe some pluot. There’s also a bit of hay, citrus, salt. Palate is just wonderful. I get strawberry with tropical fruits like papaya. Some watermelon. But the citrus acidity shows more with some cream. Tart cherry finish. It keeps evolving. At points it is much more acid and others it’s marzipan and brioche. Fascinating and highly recommend.

Nice orange golden color. Power yet subtle. Orange zest. Brioche and almonds.

Many thanks to @Geoff Franz for import duties. Mousse that dissipated rather quickly, leaving an aromatic fireworks show of lemon zest, apple & brioche. High-toned brut nature really lovely champers
